CANCELLATION POLICY 

14 Day Refund Policy, After this time it may incur a Fee.

GUSST ACCESS 

Check-in Time: 1-5 PM

Guest will receive check-in instructions, access codes, and property details prior to arrival.

Early check-in is not guaranteed and must be approved by the Host.

Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

GUEST MUST:

Turn off lights and appliances

Lock all doors and windows

Return keys or access devices as instructed

Late check-out without approval may result in additional charges.

HOUSE RULES

The Guest agrees to comply with the following house rules:

1. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to comply with local noise ordinances.

2. No Smoking

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

3. No Illegal Activity

Illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

4. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the Host.

5. Care of Property

Guest agrees to keep the property, furnishings, and appliances in good condition and to promptly report any damage.

6. Trash & Cleanliness

Trash must be disposed of properly. Excessive mess or failure to follow checkout cleaning instructions may result in additional charges.

7. Damage & Liability

The Guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

The Host is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury to the Guest or the Guest’s belongings during the stay.
